The client area is the portion within the current window, minus the titlebar, toolbar(s).
To capture a client area, select Client from Capture Method in the Settings dialog or pick Client from the Quick Capture option on the tray menu.. If the original window looked like this :-
Then the client area within this window would look like this :-
